Rental Agreement – Cornerstone Even Rentals

Welcome! Please read our rental terms carefully before booking with us. By placing a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Items & Services

We rent party equipment including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents, speakers, and fans.

• All rentals are drop-off and pick-up only.

• We do not provide setup or breakdown services. You are responsible for setting up and using the items safely.

• Additional items requested that are not included with the base package will be invoiced separately. If payment is not received prior to delivery they will not be included.

2. Rental Period

• Standard rentals are for up to 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

• Items are typically delivered the day of the event or the evening prior, and picked up afterward. Timing will be coordinated in advance.

3. Weather Policy

We understand weather can be unpredictable.

• If you need to reschedule due to weather, you may do so at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Same-day cancellations due to weather are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur a partial cancellation fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery: full refund.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: non-refundable, unless due to documented emergency or severe weather.

5. Damage, Theft, and Liability

• You are responsible for the care and security of all rental items during the rental period.

• Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be billed to you at replacement cost.

• Please do not leave equipment unattended in unsecured areas (e.g., public parks).

• Cornerstone Event Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• We deliver and pick up within our service area, which includes Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, and surrounding areas.

• Please ensure there is a clear, accessible location for drop-off and pickup.

• Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to accept and inspect the rental items.

7. Customer Responsibility

By renting from us, you agree to:

• Use items only as intended

• Not attempt repairs or modifications

• Return items in the condition they were delivered

8. Agreement to Terms

By placing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.
